THE UNITED NATIONS CLEAN DEVELOPMENT MECHANISM AND OPPORTUNITIES CREATED IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD.

The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) has been created by the UN to allow technological and financial transfer to the Developing World. This allows the application of a wide range of methodologies to produce Carbon Credit generating projects. These credits are then used to achieve financing from the 38 countries that have ratified the Kyoto protocol.
