THE NATIONAL BIO-OIL ENERGY ROAD MAP 2006 (focusing on JATROPHA) AND DEVELOPMENTS IN NAMIBIA SINCE
The presentation summarises the National Bio-Oil Energy Roadmap 2006. It again highlights the potential positive linkages between mitigation/coping mechanisms of the effects of Global Warming and the potential contribution to combating Global Warming. It also shows the linkage of forests cut down before 1990, the use of those depleted soils and Carbon Credits. It details why very little no progress has been made since then. Finally it looks into the future.
